Save Energy Services Ltd delivers services across defined activities:

• Gas Engineering: Domestic and commercial heating maintenance, repairs, and installations are performed exclusively by appropriately qualified and currently registered Gas Safe engineers within their validated scope of registration.
• Heat Pump Feasibility & Sizing: Thermal surveys, room heat loss calculations, and emitter recommendations are prepared to professional industry standards based on data collected at the time of site survey.
• Consultancy & Scheme Advisory: Advice provided regarding the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) or the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) is advisory in nature. Save Energy Services Ltd does not guarantee that any business or client will achieve certification, grant approvals, or voucher redemptions, as final determinations reside exclusively with accredited certification bodies and scheme administrators.
• Enquiry Management: Handling and routing customer enquiries strictly conforms to UK GDPR and electronic communications standards.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Contracts

All formal quotations provided in writing remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Quotations are based on visible site conditions at the time of assessment. Variations required due to concealed defects, unforeseen structural or electrical inadequacies, or customer specification alterations will be agreed in writing prior to execution.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate property and technical information to allow proper survey calculations.
• Ensure safe, unobstructed access to heating appliances, pipework, consumer units, and work areas.
• Ensure that necessary homeowner permissions, landlord consents, or planning notifications are in place where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, Save Energy Services Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from website access, delays caused by unforeseen supply chain disruptions, or certification decisions made independently by third-party bodies.
